Marriott Rewards kicks off with Marriott Moments

In a world where hotel loyalty programmes are often transactional and perfunctory in nature, how do you create a point of difference for your members? Marriott Rewards wanted to drive awareness and excitement around their loyalty programme ‘Moments’ and leverage their fantastic partnership with the NFL.  We delivered a content driven solution surprising a Marriott Rewards Member on the set of the NFL Show with tickets to the Super Bowl LII, followed by a one day burst of activity on social media rewarding the Facebook community with a huge share of Marriott Rewards points. The video and social activity demonstrates that by utilising partnerships effectively you can create inspiring content that will communicate the fantastic Rewards offering to a broad audience.
